At Piani di Bobbio–Valtorta, the variety of slopes — from beginner areas to the black runs of Orscellera and Valtorta (on the Bergamo side of the mountain, accessible from Val Brembana) — ensures fun for beginners and great satisfaction for expert skiers.
A modern cable car takes you from Barzio up to 1,700 meters, where five chairlifts — including the new Valtorta, Orscellera, and Nuova Ongania four-seaters — along with three ski lifts, serve 35 kilometers of runs, for a total of 16 slopes.
At Artavaggio, four conveyor lifts serve perfectly snow-covered slopes, ideal for taking your first steps on skis.
Both adults and children can enjoy approaching the world of snow, and for those who wish to learn to ski safely, qualified ski instructors are available during weekends.
